Processing Times

Custom & Personalized Orders:
Please allow 5 – 10 business days for production before your order ships.

Ready-to-Ship Items:
Orders typically ship within 3–4 business days.

Need your order sooner? Contact us prior to purchase to check availability for rush orders.


Standard Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or the most reliable carrier based on your location.

Delivery times are estimated at 5–7 business days after your order ships.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.


Local Delivery (Georgia Area Only)

K Noelle Kreations offers local delivery within select areas of Georgia for a flat fee of $10.

Details:

Delivery is typically made within 1–3 days of order completion.

You will receive a text or email when your order is out for delivery.

Please provide a valid phone number and accurate, accessible address.

Shipping Delays & Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot issue refunds or reshipments for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination country's customs process.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We recommend choosing a shipping method that includes insurance for added protection.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your item is damaged or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the issue.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We recommend choosing a shipping method that includes insurance for added protection. We’ll work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
