Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All custom and personalized orders are final sale and non-refundable. This includes items made with names, specific designs, or colors chosen by the customer.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@knoellekreations.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right!
