Welcome to K Noelle Kreations’ Terms & Order Policies.

We believe in keeping every transaction transparent, professional, and stress free. Below you’ll find clear guidelines covering payments, revisions, shipping, and communication so you always know exactly what to expect when ordering with us. Our goal is simple: to make your custom creation process smooth from start to finish.

1. Pricing

All pricing is listed on the K Noelle Kreations website or provided in a written quote. Prices are based on standard designs. Custom requests, specialty materials, or rush orders may result in additional charges. Written quotes are valid for seven (7) calendar days from the date issued. After this period, pricing is subject to change.

2. Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all orders and reserve production time. Deposits may be transferred to a new order within thirty (30) days if production has not yet begun. Orders totaling $50 or less must be paid in full at the time of booking.

3. Payment Timeline

The deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due in full prior to pickup or shipment. Final payment must be received no later than seven (7) days before the scheduled event date or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first. Orders will not be released or shipped until payment is received in full.

4. Revision Policy

Each order includes up to two (2) design revisions at no additional cost. Any revisions beyond the included two will be billed at $10 per revision. Once a design is approved in writing, no further changes will be accepted without initiating a new order and deposit.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun. Order changes must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of paying the deposit. Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of K Noelle Kreations’ control.

6. Communication

All design approvals, order changes, and cancellations must be submitted via email or Shopify messaging to ensure accurate documentation. Messages will be responded to within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) business hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.

7. Late Payment Policy

A $15 late fee will be applied to any balance not paid within forty-eight (48) hours of the due date. If payment remains outstanding for more than seven (7) days, the order will be canceled and the deposit forfeited.

8. Rush Orders

Rush orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis and will incur an additional fee of 30% of the total order cost. Rush availability is not guaranteed and depends on current production schedules.

9. Proof Approval

The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all spelling, colors, dates, and details before production begins. Once a proof is approved, K Noelle Kreations is not responsible for errors or omissions.

10. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via the carrier chosen by K Noelle Kreations unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, K Noelle Kreations is not responsible for transit delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier. Customers must inspect their order upon delivery and report any issues within forty-eight (48) hours.

11. Order Minimums

Certain bulk or specialty items may require a minimum quantity. Minimums will be communicated at the time of ordering.

12. Design Ownership & Usage

All original designs remain the intellectual property of K Noelle Kreations and may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

13. Storage Policy for Unclaimed Orders

Orders not picked up within fourteen (14) days of completion will be considered abandoned. Deposits and any payments made will be forfeited.

14. Payment Methods Accepted

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other approved platforms as noted at checkout. Additional processing fees may apply for certain payment methods.

15. Color Variations Disclaimer

Please note that colors may appear differently on screens versus the final product. Slight variations in shade may occur due to fabric type, printing method, or screen calibration.

16. Quality & Handmade Disclaimer

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in placement, alignment, or finish may occur. These do not affect the quality or durability of the item.

17. Seasonal & Holiday Ordering Deadlines

Holiday and seasonal orders must be placed by the posted cut-off date to ensure timely delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off are not guaranteed for holiday arrival.

18. Digital File Policy

Digital proofs provided during the design process are for review purposes only and may not be shared, reproduced, or altered without written consent.

19. Force Majeure

K Noelle Kreations is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, supplier shortages, or shipping disruptions.

20. Photography & Social Media Use

K Noelle Kreations reserves the right to photograph completed orders for marketing and promotional purposes. Customers who prefer their order not be photographed must submit the request in writing before production begins.
