At K Noelle Kreations, each item is custom-made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days

Shipping costs vary based on location and order size. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be provided via email. We currently ship within the United States. Please note, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, but we are here to help with any issues related to lost or delayed packages.

Return & Exchange Policy

As each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order. Please review the following guidelines:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Please provide photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

• Incorrect or Missing Items: Notify us within 24 hours if you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, and we’ll promptly correct the issue.

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom items that match your order specifications or show signs of use are not eligible for returns.

• Order Changes & Cancellations: If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
