1. How much is the deposit?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Orders $50 or less must be paid in full when booking.

2. When is my balance due?
Final payment is due 7 days before pickup or shipping. Orders are not released until paid in full.

3. Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production begins. Deposits are non-refundable.

4. Can I make changes to my order?
Yes — changes must be submitted within 24 hours of paying your deposit.

5. How many design revisions do I get?
Each order includes 2 free revisions. Extra revisions are $10 each.

6. What if my payment is late?
A $15 late fee applies if payment is more than 48 hours late. After 7 days, the order is canceled and deposit is forfeited.

7. Do you accept rush orders?
Yes, when possible. Rush orders incur a 30% fee and must be approved before booking.

8. How will I get my order?
Orders can be shipped or picked up. Shipping timelines are estimates only — delays outside our control are not eligible for refunds.

You must review and approve all proofs before production. We are not responsible for errors after approval.

10. Will my item look exactly like the picture?
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, fabrics, or printing methods. Handmade items may have small variations that do not affect quality.
